You are invited to join The Kitsap Community & Agricultural Alliance for our 2015 Annual Meeting on Tuesday, April 21st at 6:00 pm.

Just added to the agenda is a presentation of the 2015 Agriculture Code Update from Darren Gurney of Kitsap County. The presentation will include an explanation of the issues associated with preliminary draft agriculture code language development, where are they in the process of the update, and how you can provide feedback for the Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners.

This is also an opportunity to “Meet the Farmer”. Local farmers will be on hand to share information about their CSAs and how to find their products at the local farmers markets/farm stores.

The KCAA will be sharing our accomplishments from 2014, kicking off the new Kitsap Grown campaign and discussing future projects KCAA will be taking on in 2015.

This is a potluck meeting (potluck dish not required to attend), and is open to KCAA members and the general community; anyone who may be interested in learning more about KCAA!
