KGHD Event Coordinator
The Kitsap Community & Agricultural Alliance is currently seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to manage our Annual Kitsap Grown Harvest Dinner (KGHD) taking place at Olympic College on Sunday, October 7th. The Event Coordinator oversees all aspects of event planning and management, including internal and external communications.
The harvest dinner hosts 200 – 250 attendees and approximately 50 volunteers. A successful candidate will be extremely organized and be able to manage the logistics of multiple tasks simultaneously. Tasks include food procurement (produce & meat – with predetermined vendors), music, volunteer coordination, layout and logistics, promotion and outreach, and other assigned duties.
Total time approximately between 75 to 125 hours, with compensation in the range of $15 to $25 per hour depending on qualifications.
