Become a Supporter of Local Agriculture!
The Kitsap Community & Agricultural Alliance (KCAA) is a volunteer-run 501c3 organization dedicated to building community, a stronger local food network, and the next generation of farmers. It is our mission to provide education, resources and advocacy for local agriculture on the Kitsap Peninsula.
KCAA has been crucial to supporting and maintaining Kitsap County’s farming enterprises over its 20-plus years of existence. We have sponsored numerous workshops, seminars, and community events for farmers, the farming community, and consumers. We have been involved in creating and improving the County’s Agricultural Code. Currently, some of our efforts include the Kitsap Grown Campaign, our Annual Kitsap Grown Harvest Dinner, ongoing educational workshops, and a variety of agriculturally related scholarships.
With low overhead costs, KCAA is able to funnel more dollars directly into our programming and community efforts. In order to meet our mission and provide services in our community and to our local farmers, we rely on the generosity of individuals and businesses for this support.
